Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using MarkTrack Analytics (“MarkTrack”, “the service”) you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms work together with our Privacy Policy.

What MarkTrack is

MarkTrack is a read-only advertising analytics dashboard. With your explicit authorization it connects to the advertising platforms you use — such as Meta, TikTok, Google, and Snapchat — to read your own ad-performance data and present it to you as charts and insights. MarkTrack does not create, edit, pause, or manage your campaigns.

Your account and authorization

You are responsible for the credentials and platform authorizations you connect, and for ensuring you have the right to access the advertising accounts you link. You may disconnect any platform, or revoke access from the platform’s own settings, at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree to use MarkTrack only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the terms and policies of each connected advertising platform. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access data that is not yours, interfere with its operation, or use it to violate any platform’s API terms.

Platform data and third parties

MarkTrack accesses platform data through the official APIs of Meta, TikTok, Google, and Snapchat, subject to each platform’s terms. Your use of those platforms remains governed by their own terms and policies. MarkTrack is an independent product and is not endorsed by or affiliated with those platforms.

Self-hosted instances

MarkTrack runs as your own instance. The operator of that instance is responsible for its hosting, configuration, and the data stored within it. Your data and access tokens are stored in your own database and secure vault.

Availability and warranties

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Reporting figures are derived from the platforms’ APIs and may be delayed, estimated, or restated by the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarkTrack disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service or reliance on its figures.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
